I haven't received an email with my order, what should I do?

Please check your Junk or Spam folder. If it isn't there please check the email address you used to place the order and email amanda@theartistsbusinesslounge.com noting the email address so we can make sure you receive your order.

I bought the course access too, when do I get log in information?

If you bought the course you will get a separate email with links to access the course and resources. There are two links - one to use if you are not already inside the lounge, and one to use if you are an existing 'insider' please use the correct link and follow the steps.

How long do I have access for?

The Artists Social Bundle is yours to keep forever, as is the Social Media Content Guide if you added that to your order. If you took the 30 Days of Marketing Content Course option, the downloads are yours to keep, the course access and lounge access is valid for 6 months.
